Chalfant Valley California

Chalfant or Chalfant Valley is an unicorporated community located approximately 12 miles North of Bishop just off highway 6 in California.  Chalfant is a small community with about 600 residents. Chalfant is in Mono County near the Inyo County line. Chalfant is comprised of mostly smaller single family conventional and stick built homes. Chalfant is recognized by it's larger site sizes, usually over 1/2 an acre and for it's rural, equestrian lifestyle.
